Rebecca brings over 25 years of experience as an educator in the public school system.  She began her career as a music teacher and band director, serving  K-12 students. She holds a doctorate in Educational Administration and Supervision, Professional teaching credentials in Music and English, and has an Administrative Services Credential from the State of California.

Having served as the Dean of Students in a Title I school, she understands the struggles that schools face in serving students from challenging communities.  Her small schools and specialty programs experience has given her a breadth of understanding and experience in a variety of educational settings. Rebecca has the  knowledge, training, and  a passion to help schools address the needs of students, staff, and the communities they serve.
